Summary
The Children of Willesden Lane is about this fourteen year old musical prodigy named Lisa Jura. She hoped one day to become a pianists and hoped to perform in front of a big crowd, but Lisa wasn't always living in a day dream. When her parents heard that Hitler's armies were planning to go to war. Lisa parents were forced to make a very difficult decision, that they were only able to send only one of their three daughters through the Kindertransport. Lisa parents chose to send there gifted daughter Lisa for safety. That moment on Willesden Lane, Lisa knew that her music would change people lives and hoped for otherdisplaced children would cheer her on as she lived her musical dream.
